SG-5822B is a measuring device that can inspect the finished Bluetooth Speaker / Earphone in real operation. By using the Chirp algorithm, the measurement stability of Bluetooth products with unstable synchronization is improved. In addition, stereo earphones and microphones for calls can be continuously inspected automatically while pairing and connecting with Bluetooth speakers and receivers automatically. Four measurement microphones can be connected and two channels are measured at a time. Measurement results can be communicated with external automation devices such as PLCs through the Communication Port. It can measure USB-C type earphone products.

With the EQ Voltage function,you can freely control the voltage for each sweep section.

Active Noise Cancelling Measurement [Option-01]
Introduction:
• Measure the ANC using the SG-5822B. (Option-01)
• You can check the ANC function of Headphone / Earphone.
• Frequency response characteristics of Unoccluded, Passive, Active, and Monitor modes can be measured.
• Regardless of wired or wireless products, ANC mode control and sensitivity
calibration can be performed automatically by adding the control protocol of the
ANC chip used in the product.
• Basic Pink Noise, Sine Sweep can be used as a measurement signal, and Pink
Noise and Sine Sweep signals can be corrected so that the frequency response
characteristics of the signal output from the Driver Speaker are flat.
• Since ANC Measurement and Continuous Sweep can be configured in a complex
Signal Path, it is possible to inspect all items (ANC calibration, measurement, SPL,
THD, Phase, Rub & Buzz, Blance, Polarity) by performing one inspection sequence.
